进口潜水电泵原理特点

进口潜水电泵由水泵、密封和电动机三部分组成，电动机位于电泵上部，为单相或三相异步电动机；水泵位于电泵下部，为双流道叶轮、蜗壳式结构；水泵与电动机之间采用硬质机械密封，各固定止口处采用"O"形耐油橡胶密封圈作静密封。
产品特点
1、电泵转轴经镀硬铬处理，可有效提高轴的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性，同时有利于叶轮的维修拆卸;
2、可靠的电缆防水入口即使电缆破损或线头浸入水中，水也不会进入电机。更不会因环境潮湿，水气通过电缆铜丝间隙吸入电机，造成绝缘下降;
3、11KW及以下电泵为直接启动，电泵内配有热保护器，能在电泵缺相、过载、电机过热等情况下自行切断电源保护电机;15KW及以上电泵满足星三角启动方式。电泵线圈内埋有热敏开关，可以连接到外置的电机保护装置。18.5KW及以上电泵可根据用户需要配备密封漏探头;
4、电机绝缘等级为B级，设计的输出功率有充足的余量，全系列电泵均可全扬程运行。

使用条件
1、水温0~40℃
2、水源的酸碱度PH值为6~10
3、介质密度不超过1.05×103kg/m3
